After delivering the PDF for the Core Book, we’ve been hard at work finalizing Monsters & Fables, getting it ready for Layout as soon as possible. However, we may have also managed to sneak in some extra time to finish some Add Ons along the way. 👀
Today, we are excited to be delivering the STL files for the Baba Yaga and Koschei the Deathless miniatures! If you have added the STLs in your Pledge, you should have already received a notification in your email to download the files through BackerKit. If not, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will help you sort everything out.

To celebrate the delivery of our STLs, we are hosting a giveaway! The winner will receive a free upgrade to the next Pledge Level! Meaning if you pledged for the Core Box, you will get the Deluxe Box, if you purchased the Digital PDFs, you get the All Digital pledge level and so on!*
To enter, just follow these 2 simple steps:
1) Download the STLs and print at least one of them, either Baba Yaga, or Koschei.
2) Snap a photo of your prints and post them either on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #ZamanoraGiveaway.

1) You’ll earn 1 bonus entry for painting either Baba Yaga or Koschei, or 2 bonus entries if you paint both.

📦CHARGING SHIPPING & VAT
As we move on to the final stretch of the project, we’ll soon be charging Shipping and VAT for your pledges through BackerKit.
Now that we’re in the process of completing the Monsters & Fables book, we’ll soon be moving forward with production and fulfillment. Getting shipping and VAT all sorted out ahead of time will help us ensure that everything runs smoothly once everything is ready to hit the press, so there are no delays during the next stages of the project.
We’ll be painstakingly going over your orders once more before the charges occur (in about 48 hours) to ensure everything is as it should be. However, please make sure to check your order one last time to see if anything is out of the ordinary (i.e. your early birds are included, you’ve gotten your limited D20 from the prelaunch promo, there are no duplicate items in your order, etc).

It is here! The Core Book PDF of ZAMANORA: Ballad of the Witch is ready to download through DriveThruRPG. On top of the original content that was promised, the Core Book also includes the Stretch Goals we unlocked together, during the Kickstarter campaign. These are:

NOTE: This is NOT the final version of the Core Book. While no more content will be added to it, some graphical elements and some final edits are still needed to finalize it.
🤔 WHAT’S NEXT?
Well, do you know what comes after 0.9? 1.0! While this version of the Core Book is very close to the finalized version, before going to print we’re going to spend some time fixing typos and bugs so that the physical book is as spotless as it can be. In the meantime, we are also working hard to finish a digital version of the Monsters & Fables book.
You will be pleased to know that the writing is almost finished in our second book, barring a single adventure locale and some lore pieces, while we are also waiting for the finalization of some illustrations. After the writing is done, we will be moving on to Layout.

In our last Community Build update, we shared the results of your subclass voting: you decided to create the Warlock of the Old Crone with us! Your suggestions about the final vision of the Old Crone, really inspired us while penning it.
The first draft of our Community Build is now ready to behold. Bound to the ageless witch of the woods—Baba Yaga or similar beings who have transcended mortal bounds—this warlock wields ancient magics that once shaped the world.

If you've been following our playtest waves, you'll notice that more than 100 pages have already received the layout treatment. As we continue with penning the rest of the Monsters & Fables book (and its Stretch Goals), we're also moving forward with the layout of the Core Book, pending a few commissioned illustrations that will be finalized very soon. With that in mind, we'll be delivering the digital version of ZAMANORA: Ballad of the Witch’s Core Book v0.9 soon. Speaking of which…
⏳SURVEYS ARE LOCKING
With the imminent release of the digital version of the Core Book, we will also be locking the BackerKit surveys. Since the page counts and weights for the book are nearing finalization, we are moving ahead with confirming our shipping deals and making the necessary advance payments.
Please take a moment to check your email and complete the survey sent from BackerKit to confirm your order details. This is also your last chance to upgrade to a higher-tier pledge or get any add-ons that have struck your fancy.
The pledge manager will then use this information to calculate any applicable VAT, and the shipping costs for the physical pledges. While more details are available in the survey email, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or can’t find it. We will help you with anything you need.
