It is here! The Core Book PDF of ZAMANORA: Ballad of the Witch is ready to download through DriveThruRPG. On top of the original content that was promised, the Core Book also includes the Stretch Goals we unlocked together, during the Kickstarter campaign. These are:
More Magic. 10 new Spells, 3 new Curses and 2 more Ceremonies
Five Additional Subclasses. The Kuker Monk, the Circle of the Berendei Druid, the Veilscarred Barbarian, the Journey Domain Cleric and the Oath of the Firebird Paladin
More Species. The Vila and the Caliban
Backgrounds Chapter. With 7 new Backgrounds and 3 Epic Backgrounds
Community Build. The Crone Warlock based on the legendary figure of Baba Yaga
But that’s not all! If you missed the last update, we also decided to add a whole new subclass to the book, inspired by your Community Build ideas, bringing the total of subclasses to 21!

NOTE: This is NOT the final version of the Core Book. While no more content will be added to it, some graphical elements and some final edits are still needed to finalize it.
🤔 WHAT’S NEXT?
Well, do you know what comes after 0.9? 1.0! While this version of the Core Book is very close to the finalized version, before going to print we’re going to spend some time fixing typos and bugs so that the physical book is as spotless as it can be. In the meantime, we are also working hard to finish a digital version of the Monsters & Fables book.
You will be pleased to know that the writing is almost finished in our second book, barring a single adventure locale and some lore pieces, while we are also waiting for the finalization of some illustrations. After the writing is done, we will be moving on to Layout.
✋ CAN I HELP?
Absolutely! The best thing you can do for us would be to scroll through the Core Book and give us your feedback. This is the last chance we’ll have to incorporate your feedback, before the book hits the printers! You can send us anything you’d like to comment on our Discord* server through the dedicated channels.

In our last Community Build update, we shared the results of your subclass voting: you decided to create the Warlock of the Old Crone with us! Your suggestions about the final vision of the Old Crone, really inspired us while penning it.
The first draft of our Community Build is now ready to behold. Bound to the ageless witch of the woods—Baba Yaga or similar beings who have transcended mortal bounds—this warlock wields ancient magics that once shaped the world.

If you've been following our playtest waves, you'll notice that more than 100 pages have already received the layout treatment. As we continue with penning the rest of the Monsters & Fables book (and its Stretch Goals), we're also moving forward with the layout of the Core Book, pending a few commissioned illustrations that will be finalized very soon. With that in mind, we'll be delivering the digital version of ZAMANORA: Ballad of the Witch’s Core Book v0.9 soon. Speaking of which…

With the imminent release of the digital version of the Core Book, we will also be locking the BackerKit surveys. Since the page counts and weights for the book are nearing finalization, we are moving ahead with confirming our shipping deals and making the necessary advance payments.
Please take a moment to check your email and complete the survey sent from BackerKit to confirm your order details. This is also your last chance to upgrade to a higher-tier pledge or get any add-ons that have struck your fancy.
The pledge manager will then use this information to calculate any applicable VAT, and the shipping costs for the physical pledges. While more details are available in the survey email, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or can’t find it. We will help you with anything you need.

Production Update: First Look at the Forest Warden Dice Set 🎲

Greetings wayfarers,
With the production moving along smoothly, we wanted to share with you a first look at the Forest Warden Dice Set. The dice are branded with the Reversed-Peak Mountain; the symbol of Belegorn, one of the most prominent deities in Zamanora, inspired by Veles: the slavic god of Beasts and the Underworld. They will be arriving inside a tin-box for safe keeping, hoping they won’t end up lost inside your massive dice hoards 🎲
*Please note, that the dice in the image above are a prototype and various improvements will be made for the final version.
Community Build: The Crone Warlock
Have you cast your suggestions into the cauldron yet? As a reminder, for our Community Build, we will be creating a Warlock of the Crone with you! So, how do you imagine the Crone Warlock? Head over to our Discord server and the Community Build channel to share your thoughts with us. We will be accepting suggestions until the end of the week, so if you haven’t had the chance to chip in, time is running out!
If you’re new to the server, make sure to contact an admin with your backer name so that we can give you your backer role and you will be able to participate in the discussions.
We will use your suggestions as inspiration to proceed with a first draft of the Crone Subclass.
